We’ve spent a good deal of time trying to figure out what trips would be good and adventurous for our active family, yet age-appropriate so they are safe and do-able for kids. Here is what we’ve done with our kids, from toddlers houseboating on Lake Powell to doing a technical climbing route on Mt. Whitney at age 17. Obviously not all of these are for everyone, but maybe you’ll see something that you’d like to do on your next vacation?
I have just found your blog, and I am simply stunned by those pictures. I am also a “pilot” actually not yet since I am only 15 years old, but I will definetely be one in the future I have a Piper Cub J3 which I love flying on the evening. Your pictures are awesome, congratulations! and you airplane is beautiful! I love Cessna’s I am looking for a C172 for now.
Regards!
Rafael,
Thank you for the note! That is so cool that you are starting so young – there should be many opportunities and adventures waiting for you! Just fly safe and do the crazy teenager stuff everyone does on the ground and not in the air.
Warm regards, Ney
